Weekend rate applies on Friday & Saturday night. Nights before holidays are always the Weekend rate (MLK/Presidents/Memorial/July4/Labor/Thanksgiving&DayAfter).
There is a $75 cleaning fee for each stay. 6% Clackamas County Lodging Tax, 1% State Lodging Tax apply. 2-Night minimum stay (3-Night during Summer).
We collect a security deposit equal to one night’s rent - this deposit is completely refundable if there is no damage to the property.
